It’s been a while, but a new version of Itzï is here! This version adds a Basic Model Interface to itzi, fixes some bugs and continues to modernize the source code. The BMI interface is still experimental. You’re welcome to try it! GRASS 8.4 or above is now required to run Itzï.
Another big news is that itzi now runs natively on Windows!
The new packages are available on the Python package index and Docker Hub.
We now recommend you use uv to install itzi:
uv tool install itzi
